Becky Paneitz, Founder and CEO
Dr. Becky Paneitz, founder and CEO, is a seasoned consultant, speaker, and coach – dedicated mentor, motivator, and business leader who collaborates, instructs and inspires for success.
Paneitz is best known for her 10 years as president of Northwest Arkansas Community College. She was the first woman in Arkansas to receive President Emeritus distinction, which she was awarded for her commitment and dedication to the college after her July 2013 retirement.
Paneitz is a dynamic executive and board member consistently achieving results by leading with the utmost integrity, trust, and determination – delivering strategic and long-range plans that enhance both profitability and productivity.

Jean Anderson
Jean Anderson joined Inseitz Group in January 2017 after 15 years at Northwest Arkansas Community College (NWACC). During her time at NWACC, she held several leadership roles, including an academic advisor, executive assistant to the president, executive director of organizational development, and executive director for NWACC’s Bella Vista Center. Jean assumed her position as the Planned Giving Officer for the NWACC Foundation in July 2013.
Jean is an active member of The Rotary Club of Bentonville – Satellite Club and has served as an assistant governor for Rotary District 6110, which covers a four-state area. Jean also is a member of the Network of Executive Women and the Legacy Village Green House Assisted Living Board.

Theresa Barrera-Shaw
Professionalism, ethics and a high level of integrity have been the hallmark of Theresa Barrera-Shaw’s 30-year career in retail and merchandising. Her intense desire to help people succeed continues to fuel her latest endeavor as co-owner of The Barrera Shaw Group.
Theresa’s in-depth knowledge and skill come from a 27-year career at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. She retired in 2013 as Vice President of Supplier Administration, which required her to oversee both Supplier Diversity and Supplier Development. She led both programs to realize success during her more than five years in that position.
Theresa is widely recognized for her work in advancing women and minorities in the workplace.
She serves on various boards including the University of Texas-Pan American (since 2002), the Bentonville Film Festival, and her church. She also served on the Arvest Bank Group-Benton County Board for 10 years.

Suzi Vermillion
One characteristic of Suzi Vermillion’s life has been change. Her career in sales mandated that she and her family relocate eight times in 16 years. Life has presented struggles for Suzi like dealing with her husband’s health issues, the highs, and lows of raising boys and finding personal balance while traveling for work 60% of the time.
In 2014, Suzi retired from Sherwin- Williams, a Fortune 500 Company, where she worked for 22 years in sales, most recently as a National Account Manager. Suzi currently lives in Northwest Arkansas. Her passion is helping women develop and grow both corporately and personally. Susan speaks to women’s groups on contentment and trust.

Abby Foster
Abby Foster, founder of Ahnimisha Consulting, LLC is a professional coach, human resource consultant and master facilitator with over 25 years of corporate and nonprofit experience. Abby is known for her ability to connect with individuals and organizations creating an open engaging environment where they gain the knowledge, insights, and skills to reach their full potential.
Abby’s clients include individuals, corporations, public-sector and not-for profit organizations and she is the designated preferred provider for Organizational Development for the City of Fayetteville, AR. Individual clients represent all levels of the organization from the front-line staff to the C-Suite.

Tina Gilbert
Tina has 25 plus years’ experience in Training and Organizational Development, Leadership and Customer Service. She is the founder and President of Next Level Training Solutions Group, LLC. Her consulting company has worked with local and state government agencies, corporate, faith-based and community groups and her mission is to add value to help others grow and develop to accomplish their goals, dreams, and desires.
Tina is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Board member of Northwest Arkansas Human Resources Association as Chair for the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Past Board Member Better Communities Development, Little Rock, AR and Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

Anne Hensley
Anne’s career has been in various areas of Banking and Financial Services. Her career began in Retail Banking, supervising a large group of branch offices and lenders. Anne worked closely with the teams, mentoring and encouraging staff to deliver world-class sales and service. Anne moved to the corporate offices to focus on building, developing and directing five different lines of business in an area of banking known as “Alternative Delivery.”
Throughout her banking career and since retiring in 2006, Anne has coached and mentored team members and other individuals.

Rose Mary Pham
Rose Mary Pham is the Founder & Executive Director of Mary’s Little Lambs Preschool, a private early education preschool in Bentonville. She graduated from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with a Master’s in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s in Educational Leadership. Her experiences include teaching in public schools and early childhood development for more than 20 years. She is in process of a Doctoral degree in Business Administration to be completed in early 2022. Rose Mary has been a part of the Inseitz Group team since it’s launching and has thoroughly enjoyed all the women she has crossed paths with.
She is an active member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), Southern Early Childhood Association (SECA), and serves the community as a member of Cross Church. Her passions include serving locally & globally with the missionary team, advocating for foster children as a former foster parent, and she loves travel experiences with her friends & family, including alone time journeys for self-care.

Stacey Curzon
Stacey Curzon, IAHC, NBC-HWC, has enjoyed a long career in sales and marketing with fortune 500 companies in the healthcare industry. She has also been fortunate to experience entrepreneurship in the well-being space, helping launch the Whole Health Institute. Her driving passion is to inspire innovation and culture change in health and well-being.
In 2018, she received her International Certification in Health Coaching (IAHC) from the Institute for Integrated Nutrition and is a National Board-Certified Health and Well-being Coach (NBC-HWC). She received Leadership Coaching, from FAI™ and Dare to Lead™.
She has experience working with cross-functional teams on customer driven initiatives, conducted product launches, program development, program delivery and trains facilitators, coaches and mentors for health and well-being programs.
Stacey believes that it is important to focus on the whole person: mind, body, and soul. Whether you want to establish a healthier lifestyle or improve your performance in the workplace, she will work with you to identify what matters to you and help you identify goals and small action steps that will get you there. She believes that every person has the power to improve their health and well-being so they can become vibrant members of the community and live purpose filled lives.
Stacey lives in Rogers, AR with her husband Cary and dog Turbo. They enjoy time with their two grown sons and love to play with their 16-month-old grandson Drake. They are passionate about traveling, hiking, and biking and gardening and appreciate that there are many opportunities to learn and grow from professional and lived experiences.

Dominique Seitz
Dominique Seitz has over 25 years of experience leading change in companies of all sizes. As an accomplished professional, serial entrepreneur, and champion of people, she discovered the virtues of a growth mindset early on in her career. Her vast experience has given her insights into how people change and grow, both personally and professionally. Today, she is the founder of Designing the Journey™, helping people all over the world navigate through transition and create lasting change so they can live their best lives.
Dominique’s contagious energy comes from faith, family, and nature. She and her husband have been married for 25 years and have a son. When she isn’t helping people design their dynamic, fulfilling lifestyles, she loves spending time outside under a shade tree with her family, dogs, and chickens.

Viviana Pagan
Viviana is a dynamic professional with over twenty years of combined experience in case management, career and personal development, community outreach, corporate social responsibility, higher education, and non-profit management.
She pursued and received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, as well as a Master’s Degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from Carlos Albizu University (San Juan Campus). She is experienced in various therapeutic modalities, psychometric testing, and Life-Span developmental psychology.
Viviana works with teams in the following areas: corporate responsibility, Diversity & Inclusion, Human Capital and Leadership Development and many others.

Brittany Light
Brittany Light first joined The Inseitz Group in 2017 as an intern in her farewell semester at NorthWest Arkansas Community College, where she earned her Associate’s Degree in business management. During her internship with Inseitz Group, Brittany quickly became a lasting element of the Women’s Empowerment Team, and currently works as our marketing voice and Program Director.
Brittany is also an accomplished local watercolor & mixed media fine artist who enjoys exploring depth and meaning behind unity, oneness with self, psychology behind emotions and feelings, and interconnectedness with the natural world. Most of her work depicts the feminine power of women, along with the beautiful, and sometimes destructive power of nature.
Brittany is also a wife and mother of two. She spends her free time painting, rock climbing with her partner or other friends, and recently began participating in fundraising and advocating for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since her daughter’s diagnosis in 2019. She currently resides in Bella Vista, Arkansas with her partner, their two children, a pet lizard, and their two dogs.
